Is this specific to the AME church, or does it apply to AMEZ and CME too?

It is written primarily for AME polity. Steward Board, Trustees, Presiding Elder, Quarterly Conference. The Wesleyan Methodist family (AMEZ and CME) shares enough operating structure that most of it translates directly. Baptist and Pentecostal-specific playbooks are coming as separate volumes in the series.

Do I need to be tech-savvy?

Not at all. The playbook is written for lay leaders. Where technology is discussed (password vaults, cloud storage, digital records), instructions are plain-language and include vendor recommendations. Nothing requires a background in IT.
