These terms cover every digital product sold by Jessica Shunta Financial Services (JSFS), including the First-Time Guest Follow-Up Kit, the Church Continuity Blueprint, the Church Continuity Platform™, Monthly Access, the Care Plan, and any other digital product you buy directly from us. By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing your purchase, you accept these terms.
01 What you are buying
When you purchase a JSFS digital product, you receive a license to use that product for your own church, ministry, or nonprofit organization, plus immediate access to the proprietary materials behind it. Delivery details arrive by email within a few minutes of purchase, including download links, access URLs, or scheduling instructions depending on the product.
02 What comes with your purchase
Every JSFS product includes the templates, documents, training, and bonuses listed on its sales page. Those materials were built from more than a decade of real church administration and are designed so their value exceeds the purchase price on their own, before you count the system they support.
- Monthly Access includes the Resource Template Library: 75 ready-to-use ministry templates that are sold elsewhere as part of a $497 bundle. The library is yours to use in your ministry for as long as your subscription is active, to aid you as you support your ministry going forward.
- Paid-in-full purchases of the Church Continuity Platform™ include access that does not expire, as described in Section 08.
03 Your license
Your purchase gives you the right to:
- Use the product in your own ministry or nonprofit organization
- Print, adapt, and customize the materials for your own context
- Share the materials with your staff and volunteers as needed to run your ministry
Your purchase does not give you the right to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the product outside your organization
- Post the materials publicly (on a website, in a course, on social media)
- Claim the materials as your own creation
- Use the materials to train an AI model, build a competing product, or feed a paid service

04 Protecting our work, and yours
All JSFS products, materials, templates, scripts, frameworks, and platforms are the proprietary intellectual property of JSFS. Your license grants you use rights, not ownership. You agree not to use, sell, license, or disclose JSFS materials, methods, or non-public business information for any purpose other than running your own ministry under these terms.
That commitment runs both ways. The information you share with us about your congregation, your finances, and your operations is used only to serve you. We do not sell it, and we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
05 All sales are final
Every JSFS digital product is sold on a final-sale basis. The moment your payment clears, you receive access to our complete proprietary materials. Digital work of that kind cannot be returned, so it is not refunded. Please read the sales page, ask your questions, and be certain before you buy. The full policy is in our Refund Policy.
The following are not grounds for a refund:
- A change of mind or cold feet after purchase
- Questions, hesitation, or objections raised by another person after you buy
- Choosing not to start, or not finishing the work the product requires
- A busy season at your church or in your life
Billing errors are different. If you are charged twice or charged the wrong amount, write to us and we will correct it promptly.
06 You are the decision maker
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are the decision maker for this purchase, that you are authorized to make it on behalf of yourself or your ministry, and that you have sought whatever counsel or support you need from your board, trustees, leadership, family, or advisors.
Purchasing before a board conversation is welcome and common; many leaders secure the tools first and bring their board along after. That choice is yours to make, and making it does not change the final-sale terms above. If another party later raises questions or decides not to go forward with you, your purchase stands.
07 The work is yours to do
JSFS products produce results when they are implemented. Buying is the first step, not the outcome. You agree that you are purchasing tools and training, and that putting them to work in your ministry is your responsibility. We will support you as you do it.
08 Access that does not expire
If you paid in full for the Church Continuity Platform™, your access to the platform, the templates, the bonuses, and the training does not expire. You may begin whenever your ministry is ready, whether that is this week or next year. Starting later does not reduce what you own, and a delayed start is not grounds for a refund. The materials included with your purchase hold their value whether you open them on day one or day three hundred.
09 Subscriptions and payment plans
- Subscriptions (such as Monthly Access and the Care Plan) bill automatically each period until you cancel. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Periods already billed are not refunded. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your billing date.
- Payment plans are a commitment to the full purchase price, split into scheduled payments as a convenience. They are not a month-to-month option. Access remains active while payments stay current, and completing every scheduled payment is required whether or not you have started using the product.
10 Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email immediately after your payment clears. Check your spam folder if you do not see it within 10 minutes. If you still do not have it after an hour, reply to the receipt email or write to info@lc.jessicashunta.com and we will get it to you.
Some products (like the Church Continuity Platform™ install) include done-with-you services with scheduled calls. In those cases, delivery is defined by the signed service agreement for that engagement, not by an email.
11 Payment
All payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. You authorize JSFS to charge the payment method you provided for the amount shown at checkout, and for each scheduled payment if you chose a subscription or payment plan.
If your payment fails, your purchase is not complete and no product is delivered.
12 Chargebacks
If something goes wrong with your purchase, write to info@lc.jessicashunta.com before disputing with your card issuer. A chargeback filed against a purchase made under these terms, after you checked the agreement box at checkout, is a breach of this agreement and may result in loss of access to all current and future JSFS products.
13 What we promise, and what we do not
JSFS products are educational and operational tools built from real experience with real churches. We promise the product will work as described. We do not promise a specific ministry outcome (number of guests captured, retention rate, giving increase, member count, or any other metric), because outcomes depend on your implementation, your context, and factors outside our control. The results, and the stewardship, are yours.
14 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Each purchase is governed by the terms posted on the date you buy.
15 Governing law
These terms are an agreement between you and JJ&M Property LLC, doing business as Jessica Shunta and as Jessica Shunta Financial Services. Every reference to JSFS, Jessica Shunta Financial Services, or Jessica Shunta on this page and on our sales pages, checkouts, and products refers to JJ&M Property LLC. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States. Any dispute arising from a JSFS purchase will be handled in the state or federal courts of Mississippi.
16 Acceptance
Checking the agreement box at checkout and completing payment is your signature on these terms. It confirms that you read them, that you accept them, and that you made this purchase as the authorized decision maker described in Section 06.
